MGR: J.R. Peck 

Jr. started his early career by playing 8 years in Troy Junior Baseball, ultimately earning him a scholarship for college from the Troy Junior Baseball Association. He played 3 years of varsity at Troy High School. He also played 2 years with Troy Post 43 and 2 years with Patterson Park out of Dayton. JR was granted a full scholarship to play at Olney Central College for 2 years and then on scholarship attended Morehead State University. During his college career he played summer ball for the Lima Locos of the Great Lakes Collegiate League. While Playing with the Lima Locos, JR broke the Great Lakes league record for most saves in a single season (12). JR graduated in 2008 with a marketing degree from Morehead State University. He continues to stay active as a Volunteer Asst. Coach for the Troy Terror Baseball Team.

LMT: Angie Lycans

Angie is a graduate of Marysville High School where she participated in 4 years of varsity softball and playing for the 18U Heart of Ohio girls fast pitch team at the age of 14 during the summer. After graduation Angie earned an athletic scholarship to Urbana University and continued her softball career playing third base for the Blue Knights. During her years at Urbana, Angie was a student athletic trainer and went on to graduate with a Bachelors degree in Sports Science and Exercise Management. After college was complete she furthered her education and earned her Medical License as a Massage Therapist specializing in general and sports massage. Angie also became certified in Kinesio Taping which is a procedure being used throughout the sports industry to allow for a more natural healing process for reducing pain. Angie continues to be very active in softball, playing for a nationally ranked women's slow pitch team and has coached girls fast pitch within the Miami County.

Jessica Locker:

Jessica started playing softball competitively for Miami Valley Xpress at the age of 12, when she also began taking pitching lessons from area renowned pitching coach Jodi Eickemeyer, whom she calls her biggest influence.  Graduating from Tippecanoe High School in 2006, she played 4 years of varsity softball for the Red Devils, earning numerous awards.  Jessica was named All Conference all four years of high school, Southwest District 1st Team and NFCA/TPX 2nd Team All Midwest her senior year, and First Team Division II All-State both her Junior and Senior years.  Jessica also traveled to the Netherlands her senior year and played in an international softball tournament where she was named Defensive Player of the Cup.  After high school she went on to play at Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee.  After injuring her knee and undergoing surgery in the fall of her freshman year, she ended up 6-2 on the mound for the Railsplitters in 2007.  The following summer she traveled to China to play semi-national teams in Beijing.  Her sophomore year she went 12-4 on the mound.  Due to unresolved knee injury, her sophomore year was her last year playing for the Railsplitters.  She got married in August of 2009 and is currently attending Wright State University where she is studying Athletic Training and staying as active as possible in softball in the local area.

Tiffany Ward-Pikas:

Tiffany is now in her second year at Fairmont as varsity assistant coach.  Tiffany was a 3-sport athlete at Bethel Local High School where she lettered 4 years in Volleyball, Basketball, and Softball. She became a member of the Bethel Hall of Fame in 2008. Tiffany continued her education at the University of Dayton receiving a Bachelor's in Sport Management. This past year she has completed a second degree in Early Childhood Education. She started right field and batted 4 in the line up for the University of Dayton softball team.  There she led her team in triples, doubles, and RBI’s. Tiffany was the assistant softball coach at UD in 2005 thru 2007. She is married to David.
